The Infrastructure, Energy & Materials (IE&M) Industry team is in charge of defining, building and promoting innovative solutions and virtual experiences to support Dassault Systèmes customers in their digital transformation and in achieving their objectives of performance and sustainability.

Role description

  • Lead the Industry Solution Experience team within the IE&M Industry to drive business in accordance to industry strategy and ensure that industry specific targets will be achieved
  • Be capable of energizing team and cross organization by creating an environment where others are motivated to do their very best (role model desired behaviors)
  • Have clear team objectives, project objectives and people RASCI to ensure accountability. Assess collective accomplishment and each contribution
  • Defines GAME CHANGING experiences to the market in order to drive Brand R&D forward
  • Defines, owns and manages Industry Solution Experiences and associated industry processes with R&D BRAND Portfolio, based on industry trends and capitalized knowledge from customer cases
  • Identifies and justifies solution success factors, aligned with the industry strategy, to trigger Make/Buy/Partner decisions
  • Is responsible for delivering sales kit and certification program for sales channel enablement
  • Engages with customers and supports GEO teams for the MUST accounts primarily

Your hard skills for success

  • You are an engineer with experience (minimum 8 years) which has allowed you to acquire a lot of knowledge in the infrastructure, energy and process industries, and its needs for digital transformation.
  • More than 5 years experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, including direct reports but also crossdepartment functional leadership.
  • Experience in Business development / identifying opportunities: Take appropriate actions in a business environment in order to maximize possible outcome from each situation.
  • Developing financial, business or marketing plans: Gather relevant information in order to come up with a wellwritten and wellstructured document that provides the trajectory of a given project.
  • Developing objectives and strategies: Create and describe new original research and innovation ideas compare to the emerging technologies and trends and plan the development of new ideas.
  • Liaising and networking: Consult and cooperate with industry experts who handle matter that is relevant to you and your business.
  • Monitoring developments in area of expertise: Search for improvements and present innovative solutions, creativity and alternative thinking to develop new technologies, methods or ideas for and answers to workrelated problems.
  • Fluent level of French (oral) imperative.
  • Good knowledge of 3DS Industry Portfolio and offer and more precisely the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
