    Overview

    Marketing Project Manager Apprenticeship — Location: Paris, France; Contract Type: Apprenticeship; Start Date: September 2025; Languages Required: French & English (C1 minimum)

    About the Role

    Reporting to the Deputy Director of Loyalty – Marketing & Projects, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and strengthening brand loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in project management, content creation, and campaign execution within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify customer needs and provide strategic recommendations
    • Develop project specifications and implementation schedules
    • Analyze campaign results and refine brand strategies accordingly
    • Animate loyalty programs with engaging editorial content
    • Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, magazines, videos)
    • Write and structure content for publications (magazines, travel guides, digital platforms)
    • Coordinate campaign execution across channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
    • Collaborate with internal teams (events, concierge, finance, digital, legal)
    • Ensure quality control and proofreading of all deliverables
    • Monitor KPIs and propose optimization strategies
    • Conduct competitive research to inform innovative marketing approaches

    Profile & Skills

    • Degree in journalism, communications, or marketing (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
    • Initial experience in marketing, communications, or editorial content
    • Excellent writing skills inFrench and English (C1 level minimum)
    • Strong digital culture and editorial sensitivity
    • Aesthetic sense and attention to design
    • Organized, autonomous, and proactive
    • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
    • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively

    Bonus Skills

    • Familiarity withSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, Canva, or Photoshop
