Job Description:


The Director BtoB Digital Marketing is in charge of creating and implementing the B2B marketing strategy that aim to increase B2B sales, brand awareness, and B2B2C customer engagement, and loyalty.

She/he generates traffic to the existing B2B sites to convert leads by defining and implementing a strong B2B marketing animation plan that cover all sales segments, with a focus on CRM data quality and acquisition strategy.

She/he ensures the best Customer journey of the existing digital B2B sites and communication tools to drive additional business from online tools and sales teams.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Definition and implementation of the B2B marketing Strategy
Management of the teams and monitoring the B2B marketing budget.
"Reporting and analysis of KPIs with a view to constant optimisation and generation of leads
Definition and implementation of the B2B Offers, Editorials and campaigns in conjunction with sales teams, RMs, and e-commerce teams.
Benchmark by sector and aspiration to identify best practices to duplicate and/or improve.


Qualifications:


QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
Strategic thinking driven by B2B2C client understanding, data analytics and ROI Focus.
Analytical mind, Organized, collaborative (coach leader), with Entrepreneur attitude with dynamism, curiosity, and creativity.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Results driven with an enthusiastic and team player attitude
Customer Oriented with Knowledge of sales segments
Proactivity and curiosity
External and internal environment understanding
Excellent communication skills
Great organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and deliver on time
Organized and committed to a plan with flexibility to allocate resources to the team
Project management leadership skills
CRM knowledge
Goggle Analytics knowledge & certificate
Excel analysis

Languages required:
French, English (German is a plus)


EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
A minimum of 4 years experience in sales and marketing operational experience (hotel or global sales teams)
Business or hotel school with University degree
