Position:

Manage all functions of the service departments.

Assist customer care Coordinator in resource identification and planning.

Review service reports and ensure administration of reports and invoices on a timely basis.

Review and approve service hours and overtime.

Develop and deliver in-house training for service team including service procedures, company's policies and procedures, and machine-specific training.

Participate in interviewing and training of the new employees as well as coordination of training sessions accordingly.

Maintain customer satisfaction and Company's good standing through pre-service planning and post-service follow-up.

Liaise with sales and after sales teams on upcoming projects and installs.

Review projects and define SOW for service team.

Work in collaboration with the HR department to maintain best practices for service department.

Create detailed reports for upper management.

Provide feedback to management for department improvement and efficiency.

Manage emergency calls and warranty work.

Promote/sell maintenance programs to existing customers.

Maintain neat and orderly warehouse and workshop.

Ensure that service department has all necessary tools and equipment.


Requirements:

• Technical qualification or equivalent previous experience;
• Ability to read mechanical system drawings;
• Basic knowledge of electric and pneumatic system diagrams and components;
• Knowledge of English;

At least 2 years' previous experience in mechanical/electromechanical fitting required
