You will join a human-sized team consisting of a Product Manager, Tech Lead, Lead Dev, UX/UI specialist, and 3 developers, specializing in the design of our BPM/ECM product developed in Java.
We currently use the Spring framework and GWT for the interface, with plans to replace the latter with another interface framework still under consideration (likely React or Svelte).
Our product is also available as a hosted SaaS on AWS, which we manage. We work closely with the ArchOps team on network security, operations, and architecture issues related to AWS technologies.Currently focusing on improving the user experience of our product, tackling new technological challenges, and maintaining our product in terms of security, robustness, and accessibility.
The various team members are located in Paris, Bordeaux, Niort, and La Rochelle, either on-site or working remotely 100%.
We meet once a month in Paris.Our vision of the position

Possible Developments:
Taking responsibility for a technical aspect of the product as a Tech Lead (Frontend, Backend, Security, Architecture, etc.) or as a Product Services (PS) around FlowerDocs: Conducting technical training sessions, guiding clients and partners on technical aspects.
Hard Skills~· Experienced in Java (between 3 and 5 years), development, and design
