The Role


We are looking for full-time legal intern to join our legal team at DNA Script, at its French office based in
Kremlin-Bicêtre.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with different members of the Legal team including the General Counsel, and under the supervision of the Legal counsel & DPO.

This opportunity includes working on a wide range of topics, from
contractual topics related to our operations, to research with respect to regulation in the biotech field, or various other legal matters (incl. labor law, GDPR, domain names, corporate law, etc.).

Main Responsibilities

  • Take an active part in projects of the Legal team (including GDPR documentation).
  • Contribute to the development of the Contract Management Tool and different legal data bases.
  • Participate in the drafting, negotiation, and follow up on execution of wide variety of contracts of DNA Script.
  • Offer support on other topics (ex. IP, IT, HR, ESOP) to the Legal team.
  • Assist and advise the operational departments on different legal matters.

Experience & Qualification

  • Trainee lawyer ("élève avocat") or
    M1/M2 studies in
    Business Law, New technologies, or Commercial law:
  • Strong first experience in Law firm or Company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Knowledge in
    GDPR/privacy:
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Internship located in le Kremlin Bicêtre (accessible via line 7 metro).
