Description du poste :
Votre rôle sera :- Proposer des innovations et/ou des améliorations- Définir les cahiers des charges techniques en lien avec les différents intervenants- Réaliser le suivi du projet (délais, coûts, investissement de temps...)- Mesurer les risques et identifier les difficultés (proposer des solutions)- Définir un plan de développement- Réaliser le suivi opérationnel (coordination du travail des acteurs internes et/ou externes...)- Organiser et animer des réunions Revu de Conception (validation des phases) avec la Direction ; organiser les réunions d'avancement de projet- Organiser et conduire les essais, analyser les résultats obtenus et gérer la certification des produits- Participer à l'amélioration continue des produits existant dans le cadre des processus du management de la Qualité (Non-conformités, Réclamations Clients, Fiches d'Amélioration...)- Elaborer les dossiers de demande de financement de projets (privé/public)- Participer à l'élaboration des rapports de Crédit Impôt Recherche
Profil recherché :
Vous avez le profil idéal si vous êtes :- De formation initiale Docteur ou Ingénieur à dominante physique appliquée, vous disposez de solides connaissances en spectroscopie infrarouge, métrologie et instrumentation.- Sensible à la culture du résultat, à l'amélioration continue et un goût pour l'innovation/expérimentation.- Capable d'avoir des discussions techniques en anglais
