About the role:


The Marketing Coordinator - Mobile Data manages a portfolio which contributes more than 40% on average per month to the company's income and which will increase as data penetration progresses.


The Marketing Coordinator - Mobile Data is responsible for the development of Mobile Data products, the growth of revenues, users and the use of mobile data.

He/she ensures the management of all data offers in order to ensure better profitability.

  • Develop Data KPIs: REC, QREC, 4G users, revenue, ARPU, AUPU, contribution of data revenue to overall company revenue and mobile data market share;

Main activities:

  • Set up a dashboard for the daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of the KPIs, mentioned above;
  • In close collaboration with the Communication, Distribution, Customer Experience, Technical teams, etc., builds and oversees the execution of the GTM for mobile data offers, including coverage;
  • Collaborate with the Planning teams (Marketing, Strategy, Network) for the deployment of new sites;
  • Coordinate the launch of data offers: validation, implementation, briefing/training of teams and postevaluation;
  • Monitor the competition and follow the evolution of the mobile data market;
  • Ensure the followup of projects related to data and work in concert with the local teams and or group or Cluster for their completion as well as the benchmarking;
  • Monitor the testing of the various data services and make corrections in the event of observed malfunctioning;
  • Propose initiatives to increase the penetration of 4G users among data users;

About you:


Typical education:
University degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics and management or any equivalent university degree

Minimum experience:
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing or management of a mobile data portfolio.

  • Have experience in the field of telecoms;
  • Be open and creative;
  • Have a team spirit and be results oriented;
  • Be able to work in a highly competitive environment;
  • Be able to work under pressure;
  • Be able to work in a multicultural environment;
  • Have analytical and decisionmaking skills;
  • Have coaching and leadership skills;
  • Have oral and written communication skills;
  • Very focused on the latest innovative technologies / Smartphones / IOT.
Good command of English;
