MISSION

As Project Manager apprentice, you will be part of the Building & Infrastructure team, responsible for the construction part of Imerys and you will report to the B&I Business Analyst.

In a nutshell, as of today, B&I offers a large range of products and services to our customers with various benefits such as: ease of use, protection & robustness, visual comfort & lean mix-design, etc.

These products and services are sold under different brand names that can create confusion to the customer. The aim of this project is to create a clarified and harmonized product branding to support B&I growth.

Among your main missions, you will:

Monitor progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are respected
Animate workshop and coordinate internal and external resources
Ensure the availability and the correct allocation of resources
Draft business cases to assess various alternatives and changes
Perform problem solving and risk management to manage issues and risks
Establish a high level of commitment and relationship with stakeholders
Measure and assess performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Create and maintain project documentation (Call reports, Steering Committee presentations, Timeline, etc.)
Report progress and difficulties encountered during the Steering Committee

PROFILE

Currently doing a Master degree in Business Management in a Business School or at the University
Autonomous, agile, eager to take initiatives and proactive
Dynamic, curious and solutionsoriented
Rigorous, organized, synthetic and structured
Good communicator with good presentation and animation skills
At your ease with MS Office as well as with G-Suite
French and English (Fluent
International environment)
