What you will accomplish together with us

  • The position will define, implement, and enhance reporting, budget and forecast under Bioprocess Division.
  • Monthly Closing activities support should include interactions with local finance & controlling departments; regular and proactive contact to Group Consolidation Department for analyzing and explaining monthend results,
  • To achieve this, the position works with a network of Global and Local controllers, gathering monthend variances for his/her scope; challenging comments and summarizing main business highlights to explain finance results.
  • Budget process, timeline and templates should also be defined in the light of the group planning letter and aim at an efficient and transparent planning process for all stakeholders.
  • He/ she will support to define a Quarterly forecast process, to adapt to a dynamic market and understand its finance impacts.
  • He/she oversees cost center reporting for his/her scope. As such, she/he will identify organizational changes in the cost center reports by global responsibility, and steer implementation in the local controlling organization. She/he will be in charge to support cost reduction initiatives achievement for his/her scope of responsibility.
  • The position will also act as a "project leader" to followup on continuous improvements needs, support template changes or quicksolving of technical issues, in coordination with the BPS Controlling global team.
  • He/she will also be in charge to implement any reports, across all functional areas, that will be defined with Global BPS Controlling organization.
  • This position will be instrumental to give regular updates on profitability achievements to the executive management.
