Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for delivering a standardized, efficient service for the Employee Life Cycle, as well as processes and initiatives to support the delivery of the HR strategy. The Employee Life Cycle includes the "moments that matter" in the employee journey at our organization.

This includes moments such as:

  • Support with recruitment
  • Onboarding
  • Performance Feedback
  • Personal and Professional Development o Retention
  • Offboarding
  • Influence and provide best practice solutions to people managers to deliver against functional plans and support initiatives aligned to the people strategy.
  • Work closely with Business Advisors and other specialist areas within the People Services team to ensure resources are in place to execute plans successfully,
  • Coach and advise managers, providing robust challenges through all elements of the People's lifecycle. Develop skills, knowledge, and confidence to encourage and affect the necessary change to deliver the desired business outcomes.
  • Lead change, ensuring peoplerelated work streams are delivered on broader projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with specialist areas within the global HR team to affect mutual understanding of critical people deliverables and processes.
  • Analyze People Metrics to monitor and proactively manage peoplerelated key performance indicators, and define strategies to improve people engagement (e.g., sickness, attrition, ER case management, etc.). Share findings and recommendations to business stakeholders to support future planning.
  • Collaborate with Works Council and manage labor relations
  • Champion company culture and values.

Qualifications:

  • Proven generalist HR experience in a complex and agile environment.
  • Experience in labor relations management
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
  • Proven track record of developing, driving, and delivering against implementation plans.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Experience in facilitating and influencing decisionmaking.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercially savvy and able to demonstrate the same in daytoday activities.
