PCM Recruitment Consulting is looking for a:
Administrative assistant bilingual M/F
The client is an international group specializing in cultural project consulting, several agencies in DUBAI, PARIS, MOSCOW
Position
You will be integrated into a group that allows you to evolve in an international context that supports cultural innovation.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Provide support on all administrative matters related to human resources, finance, budget and logistics
- Planning of travels, events and conferences arrangements and execute related administrative procedure
- Provide support to the various teams on the administrative side
PROJECTS:
- Provide support for the constitution and preparation of presentation files and reports in support of projects
- Followup of the company's internal project files
Profile
- Training/certification in accounting, finance or administration
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience in administrative support tasks
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Sound knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills and ability to plan coordinate and monitor workplans
Salary: 30,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
