Data is crucial.
As a Data Engineer, you will play a

decisive role in designing, developing, and deploying data architecture to serve Personalization algorithms. And this will have a direct impact on our performance, personalization being a significant driver of retention.

We're a Ninja Team of 20 people, only A player.

You'll work closely with Backend but also Product and Content, with no silos, and one focus:
ensure that each mom feels supported thanks to personalized guidance.

Role:

Design and Develop Data Infrastructure:Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data architecture to support WeMoms' personalization initiatives. Implement data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing both structured and unstructured data.

Collaborate with Data Scientist:Work closely with our Data Scientist to provide the necessary data infrastructure and tools for model development and deployment. Implement data transformations and aggregations to support machine learning model training and inference.

Data Modeling and Optimization:Design and implement data models to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of data for analytical purposes. Optimize data processes and queries for performance and cost-effectiveness.

Data Quality and Governance:Establish and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. Implement data governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data engineering solutions align with business objectives.

Profile:

Native English speaker
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting content to various audiences, with a particular interest in pregnancy and related topics.
2+ years of proven experience as a Junior Writer, or similar role.
Portfolio showcasing work that incorporates GPT models.
Understanding and experience in Notion
A basic understanding of SEO concepts is a plus.
