THE ROLE:
Within an Assistants team, you will be interfacing between the Head of Department and his various internal and external contacts.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will assist him both at national and international levels, handling interpersonal relations internally and outside of the Group, managing the agenda, organizing Executive Committees and drafting documents.
Within the framework of an international business and anticipating constantly, you will see to the flawless organization of the Head of Department's moving agenda.
Besides, you will also have to attend meetings and to draft reports and synthesis notes, both in French and/or English, as well as design and prepare files, reports, documents and letters.
Furthermore, in collaboration with the Communication Department, you will participate actively in the organization of receptions or events, both internally or externally, for the General management.
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
You have a degree and have a minimum professional experience of 10 years in the same position, achieved within an international group.
You are versatile, trustworthy, rigorous, responsive, organized and self-sufficient. You have strong interpersonal communication and writing skills and a strong sense of service.
You propose solutions, you have good interpersonal skills and like to work in teams.
Your flexibility, your organization skills as well as your sense of discretion and confidentiality will be crucial assets to succeed in this position.
