Impulse Foundation ).**❷ à Propose, define and implement a project strategy according to the company's "product and market strategy"
à Organize and plan R&D projects, the activities, studies and resources that result from them (human, budgetary,

technical, informational)
à Carry out opportunity and feasibility studies for product/process development projects
à Launch and validate prototypes, in conjunction with the sales teams and customers
à Manage/monitor tests and trials, exploit results and determine product, material and process adjustments
à Work with internal and external industrial teams to benefit from their feedback, challenge ideas and seek ways to

optimize
à Manage intellectual property (patents, trademarks, registered designs, etc.)
à Participation in technological, competitive, scientific and technical monitoring
à Manage your team and ensure the development of their skills
à Manage your budget and report on the progress of projects
à Make the link between research activities and the associated development for industrialization
à Create links with the local and national industrial fabric
à Act as a link between Woodoo research and customers during projects
à Attend customer meetings and support them in the progress of their projects

❸ YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
à You have a total of 10 to 15 years of experience, including experience in budget management and project management

in the research field
à You have strong knowledge and skills in wood, composites (preferably natural fibers), delignification, and the research

world in general
à Professional English and French are essential
à You have a higher scientific education such as Bac +5 or an engineering degree or a PhD
