Missions et responsabilités

Customer Development

  • Main contact for existing & new customers, build customer relationship, the Sales Manager has regular exchanges & makes regular visits
  • Makes and followup on offers, adapt the offers to emerging issues, ensure customer satisfaction, be the customer voice internally and ensure customer centricity and excellence of service
  • Customer management (negociation, payment terms, claims and complaints, forecasts, late payments)
  • Link with the legal department if necessary

Sales Development

  • Find distributors in key territories and build sales through network, exhibit or attend to tradeshows
  • Monitor and survey the market, develop and animate a network.

Technical Sales

  • Advise customers on coatings, process, equipment and materials. Lead and followup qualifications at new customers. Identify unexepressed customer needs.

Reporting

  • Followup of current operations and regular meeting.
  • Populate and timely update of Salesforce on all opportunities, leads, visit reports and information of interest.
  • Report sales results and action plans to commercial director, contribute to budget exercises

Profil recherché
MBA/Master degree in a Business School with 3 years experience in sales of industrial consumable and/or equipment ideally in thermal spray

Degree in thermal spray, mechanical or materials engineering

Home-office possible in UK, Italy, Netherlands or France with recurrent visits to Avignon site in France

Vous interviendrez sur l'activité
Coating Solution qui développe des matériaux et des solutions innovantes pour les technologies de revêtement, y compris la projection thermique, le rechargement, la pulvérisation magnétron et le dépôt en phase vapeur par voie électronique (EB-PVD), destinés à un large éventail d'industries.
