We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team and drive the ambitious growth plans of our brand "Pointcode" in France.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategies and promoting our products and services.

Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, as well as the Sales and Operations departments, you will contribute to the success of our initiatives.


Pointcode is the Pearson VUE brand in France, specializing in administering the theoretical driving test exam in France and its overseas regions following the outsourcing of the service by the Ministry of the Interior.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily support to the Marketing Manager in brand management.
  • Assist in managing and creating content for social media and websites in alignment with the established marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to the organization of various events.
  • Assist in the management of our 100 points of sale and external marketing agencies.
  • Create visuals and documents in alignment with brand guidelines (print and web).
  • Oversee project management from A to Z, maintaining frequent contact with our suppliers and partners for order management, quotation requests, and approval of proofs.
  • Participate in the daily tasks of the Marketing department including the creation of new documents, stock status reports, support marketing orders, and responding to requests from our points of sale.

Required Skills:


  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
  • Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Skills in video editing are a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written French.
  • Professional proficiency in English required for weekly communication with our Englishspeaking colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritize requests.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Rigorous and organized, with the ability to manage time and actions according to constraints.
