What is the Role?
Executive Search Analysts play a vital role in supporting the research phase of executive recruiting. They work closely with Search Partners & Principals, receiving top-notch training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-style approach. Analysts engage in all aspects of the recruitment process, from researching industries and companies to supporting business development activities and candidate identification.
The Analyst's responsibilities include building relationships with internal Consultants, conducting in-depth research on candidates, clients, and industries, and contributing to executive assessments based on client needs.
