- Diriger, motiver et développer une équipe de 12 à 15 techniciens et opérateurs
- Mettre en place des plans de formation et accompagner la montée en compétence des collaborateurs.
- Optimiser la planification et l'organisation des activités du démonstrateur pour maximiser l'efficacité des ressources
- Elaborer et assurer la mise en œuvre des procédures, modes opératoires et instructions opérationnels
- Animer les réunions de coordination hebdomadaires
- Assurer un reporting quotidien
- Finaliser la mise au point et la validation des procédés innovants
- Participer à la conception, organiser et superviser les essais tout en assurant la collecte et l'analyse des données
- Adapter les essais selon les difficultés rencontrées et proposer des améliorations
- Participer à la création des livrables pour les projets d'innovation : process book, PFD, DPP, mémorandum, etc
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour identifier et adopter les meilleures pratiques en matière de consommation et d'émissions de déchets et d'effluents
- Promouvoir la sensibilité environnementale au sein de l'équipe et encourager les initiatives
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour améliorer les installations et leur disponibilité
- Participer à la planification et ordonnancement des interventions techniques
- Organiser la maintenance de niveaux 1 et 2
- Encourager l'équipe à proposer des améliorations et idées novatrices
- Piloter les approvisionnements en matières premières et consommables
- Assurer une gestion optimale des stocks et des flux internes et externes
- Assurer le respect des normes de confidentialité, qualité et sécurité
- Identifier et prévenir les risques, tout en remontant les anomalies
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique à partir de Bac+2 en génie des procédés et production
- Vous avez une expérience significative dans l'industrie de procédés en production ou R&D
- Vous possédez une expertise en management d'équipes et gestion de projets de R&D
- Vous maîtrisez des opérations de production et des techniques expérimentales
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des installations industrielles (procédé, hydraulique, instrumentation, automatisme) et des outils de l'excellence opérationnelle
- Vous avez des compétences en logiciels spécifiques métier : SAP, ASPEN, Biovia
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais

Suite à une mobilité interne, nous recrutons un Demoplant Superviseur R&D (H/F) au sein du Pilote R&D .
Son quotidien ?
Il/elle est le responsable des démonstrateurs industriels est au cœur de l'innovation technologique. En supervisant les ateliers de démonstration du pôle Innovation et Développement de Procédés, il garantit la montée en échelle et la fiabilisation de procédés innovants avant leur transfert aux unités de production. Ce poste exige une collaboration étroite avec l'ensemble de la direction R&D, mais aussi avec le manufacturing, la supply chain, l'ingénierie et les ressources humaines, et d'autres, sous la supervision du responsable du pôle Innovation et Développement de Procédés.
