We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator - Parental Leave for 6 months to support our French team.

This role will be based in Paris, France and will be a placement for a total of 6 months from November 2023 to end of April 2024.

The Marketing Coordinator will help and assist on various marketing projects ensuring campaign are completed.

Plan and develop a social media calendar with the agency providing guidance and support on all SoMe platforms in alignment of the Brand activations and the role will report into our Head of Marketing.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for the social media accounts of a business providing support and assistance as well as approval to the agency in charge if social media for the market.


Main duties:


  • Planning and developing social media campaigns with the agency
  • Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
  • Approving content across social media accounts
  • Engaging with customers on different channels and submit to the guest care team when needed to be escalated.
  • Analyzing running campaigns
  • Being on top of the latest social media trends
  • Help and assists marketing team by coordinating the various projects to ensure comms to all stakeholders and departments
  • Help planning and developing marketing campaigns, assisting the project team members, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Build and manage internal content calendar
  • Develop assigned project and tasks
  • Provide assistance to the PR agency to plan and develop consumer editorial content.
  • Provide a clear brief to the PR agency with weekly follow ups to inform on current Brand activations & Brand events.
  • Participate to brainstorming sessions
  • Analyze media coverage

Skills & Abilities:


  • Strong communicator with different stakeholders at all levels
  • Interpersonal, relationshipbuilding and networking skills with a selfmotivated attitude to work
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail

Additional requirements:


  • Preferred degree in Marketing
  • At least 2 years' experience
  • Technical Proficiencies: Software (Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
