OUR VISION FOR PHARMACEUTICAL SYSTEMS AT BD


With innovative pre-fillable syringes, self-injection systems, safety systems and needle technologies, the Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) team offer an extensive selection of solutions designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies.


The Data Analytics Manager manages a team of Citizen Developers & Citizen Developers and Data Analysts and contributes actively to developing the Business Data architecture.

In charge of data management, reporting and analysis tools:


  • Providing secure access to data to manage their exploitation
  • Guaranteeing harmonious and consistent data use within the business (in partnership with the Process Integrators)

Developing solutions with the following objectives:

  • Automating repetitive tasks (data extraction, data refresh, etc.)
  • Supporting better and faster decisionmaking processes
  • Continuous improvement across the different BDM-PS departments


Acting as an expert in the use of analytical tools and providing recommendations for the right use of data and tools.


Main responsibilities include:


  • Contributing to & executing the organization's digital strategy regarding structure, availability & security of business data
  • Ensuring availability of data for the various functions (Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service, Plants, etc.)
  • Developing and maintaining solutions for extracting, transforming, loading (ETL) and storing data from different source systems (SAP, SCM, SFDC, Hive, Data Lake, etc.)
  • Managing a team and nurturing their development of skills in various tools
  • Acting as a leader and technical coordinator by managing various support teams (internal / external
  • Business / IT) when complex incidents arise
  • Closely monitoring technology improvements in the market to implement improvements to existing tools
  • Training users on delivered tools and providing best practices for analysis

About you:


  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position
  • Team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of databases and technical data manipulation
  • Confident usage of Power Platform and MS Office tools
  • Proficient in English
  • Solid understanding of Data Fullstack & Azure DevOps
  • ITIL certification and good understanding of SDLC
  • You are continuous improvement oriented and you love solving problems using data analysis
  • Good interpersonal skills
In this position, you can regularly work in home office.
