The Maison AZ Factory startup of the Richemont group, founded by Mr.

Alber Elbaz, on the fundamental values of inclusiveness, innovation and benevolence, is looking for a Press and VIP assistant for its Communication / Press & VIP department.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?

Update and follow up daily the shooting requests in the excel table
Shooting requests shipments
Update and follow up daily the interviews/projects requests in the excel table
Shipping of celebrities gifting and dressing
Reference the press samples and dispatch them to the agencies
Update journalists database
TBC Circularity Wardrobe shipments
Assist the PR & VIP Coordinator on the fashion shows and other events preparation
Put together the press coverage sent by the PR agency and implement a document for internal distribution
Coordinate celebs & influencers dressing for fashion shows (with the support of the PR & VIP coordinator)
Track the new collection on Launchmetrics and archive the old one once the season is over.
Monitoring of Press & VIP/KOL coverage
An internship agreement is_ _mandatory._
