Lead Cloud Service Manager
Your focus is on delivering services that meets SLA and delivers high customer satisfaction considering the budgetary frame. Therefore, you bring in your strong Project Management skills and ideally benefit from your PMP- and/or ITIL-certification.
Your daily activities include management of client relationships from a services delivery perspective at multiple, assigned accounts. Leveraging your experience, you help develop new services as well as the respective go-to-market assets.

As part of the account team, you support internal stakeholders to deliver best in class Open Text experience to your customers.


You are great at:


  • Act as a single point of contact for the customers and conduct regular meetings, deliver reports, and manage escalations
  • Coordinate service delivery activities across our internal delivery teams
  • Regularly review incident queues and liaise with delivery teams to ensure incidents are handled within service guidelines
  • Manage change requests
  • Identify and use opportunities to maximize service revenues within assigned customer engagements
  • Motivate, develop and mentor other service delivery staff

What it takes:


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Strong client focus and the ability to operate at a senior management level
  • Proven project management skills with demonstrated experience in a consulting environment
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and rolling out customer satisfaction improvement programs
  • Experience in leading and managing teams (including matrix management) within an offshore environment
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, French language skills would be beneficial
