    Description du poste

    Expert.e en Recherche et Développement, Innovation, Bureau d'Etudes, vous intervenez en tant que manager de transition au sein des organisations de nos clients. Vous définissez, pilotez et mettez en œuvre ou accompagnez des projets stratégiques de transformation ou d'amélioration du Bureau d'Etudes, sur les volets organisationnels, méthodes, processus et systèmes d'information. Vous serez amené également à manager opérationnellement les périmètres R&D qui vous seront confiés.

    Vos principales missions :

    • Manager opérationnellement les principales fonctions rattachées au département Recherche & Développement / Innovation / Bureau d'études (innovation, conception, prototypes, essais, documentation du produit, après-vente)
    • Manager les projets de Développement Produits
    • Diagnostiquer les organisations, définir des actions structurantes d'amélioration visant à optimiser le processus de Recherche & Développement et d'industrialisation du produit.
    • Piloter la mise en œuvre de ces actions d'amélioration et de transformation.

    Profil requis

    Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez acquis un minimum 15 années d'expérience dans des fonctions R&D, Innovation, Bureau d'Etudes, de préférence au sein d'entreprises de taille nationale ou filiales de grands groupes dans le secteur industriel.

    Vous avez des connaissances en conception mécanique, électromécanique, électronique et software.

    Vous avez une très bonne maitrise des processus de développement des produits manufacturés : innovation, gestion de gammes, processus de développement, plan de vérification et de la validation, gestion des prototypes, certification, gestion des données techniques, gestion des modifications...

    Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques classiques (suite office a minima), et vous connaissez les principaux outils des processus de développement : outils de DAO / CAO, outils / modules de simulations numériques, outils de gestion et de pilotage des données techniques (PLM, ERP...).

    Bon communicant.e, doté.e d'une capacité d'écoute reconnue, vous tissez des liens forts avec vos clients, vos collègues et les équipes que vous managerez grâce à votre relationnel.

    Vous disposez également de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, ainsi que de qualité rédactionnelle de rapports d'intervention et de recommandations. Vous parlez parfaitement le français et vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise (anglais technique courant requis).

    Enfin vous êtes mobile pour des missions en France voire à l'International.
