En tant que Partenaire Offre Parcours / Marketing Business Partner (d/f/m), vous contribuerez au développement des parcours en neurologie. Rattaché/e au Directeur d'Unité, vous serez responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique ainsi que des services associés, en collaboration étroite avec le Squad Lead Neurologie. Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique, agile et passionnée, dédiée à l'innovation et à l'amélioration de la vie des patients.
A ce poste, vous serez intégré/e au réseau Roche Pharma international et contribuerez directement à notre vision : apporter 3 à 5 fois plus d'innovation aux patients tout en contribuant à la soutenabilité du système de santé.
Vos responsabilités principales
- Piloter de façon autonome la réflexion stratégique sur les produits dont vous avez la charge pour définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie innovante et différenciante, basée sur des insights et orientée vers un impact sur la vie des patients ;
- Définir et déployer le plan marketing spécifique en tant qu'expert reconnu pour ses compétences scientifique et marketing ;
- Définir les indicateurs de l'efficacité des actions à destination des professionnels de santé et des patients et en mesurer l'impact ;
- Coordonner et contribuer à des équipes transverses fonctionnant en mode agile pour s'investir sur des sujets spécifiques pour atteindre des objectifs définis en France et à l'international ;
- Contribuer au réseau Roche international par le partage de bonnes pratiques et l'implication sur des problématiques communes ;
- Identifier les gaps et challenges du parcours patient pour prioriser les solutions et services à développer ;
- Respecter et intégrer les lois et règles de compliance, directives, code de conduite, politiques internes et procédures standards du Groupe Roche dans ses activités.
Votre profil
- Vous bénéficiez d'une double compétence scientifique et marketing (Bac+5) avec une expérience confirmée en marketing dans l'industrie pharmaceutique (idéalement 5-7 ans) ;
- Vous avez idéalement une expérience marketing acquise dans le domaine de la neurologie ;
- Vous avez une forte orientation client, êtes orienté/e projet et impact et êtes reconnu/e pour vos capacités à travailler en équipes transverses sur des sujets variés (maîtrise des méthodes agiles) ;
- Vous faites preuve de leadership, d'aisance relationnelle, de bienveillance et vous accordez de l'importance à la culture du feedback ;
- Vous êtes acteur de votre développement et vous faites preuve de curiosité et de proactivité pour apprendre et développer vos connaissances en continue pour progresser ;
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum) et souhaitez évoluer dans un réseau international.
