As a member of the Global Accounts Department and reporting to the Detention & Demurrage (D&D) activity manager at head office, you will work on defining and developing tender contracts for our major strategic accounts, across all sectors, at group level.

As Detention & Demurrage Officer, you will be responsible for:
defining the Detention & Demurrage offers (tariff conditions for the customer to keep CMA CGM equipment outside or inside the terminals)

maintain these contractual conditions for invoicing and updating GA contracts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


You will be responsible for defining the D&D aspects of Global Accounts tenders: you will analyze customer expectations in terms of D&D, storage and monitoring, as well as volumes and the regulatory framework, country by country.


You coordinate and ensure the validation of these proposals by the department manager and/or KAM concerned by the customer, and liaise with the Tenders team.


You are in charge of data integration in the relevant IT systems to guarantee invoicing: you coordinate the transfer of information to the integration team (LDAT) based in India and check the validity of the information provided.


You are responsible for maintaining the contract and integrating D&D's new contractual conditions, in order to guarantee the availability of data to Customer Service in relation with the local agencies, and if necessary, you liaise with these agencies to update these conditions.

You liaise between local agencies and the Lines department as required, particularly regarding changes to SPOT conditions;

You monitor customer performance (key figures, origin, destinations, customer-specific DDSM), enabling you to check information from the agencies and capitalize on it for future calls for tender.


PROFILE
Higher education in Commerce, Logistics or Transport.

Your English is fluent, both written and spoken. French is a plus.

You have a good command of IT and office tools such as the Office suite, particularly Excel.
