  • Have a sound knowledge of HR controlling & recruitment to support the HR activities
  • Ensure a positive working culture at BuyIn, in particular through fair recognition in term of compensation and benefits, products and policies
  • Support a company culture of commitment, teamwork and respect in alignment with employee representatives
  • Advise, support and assist our employees in their professional journey as well as manager in their leadership challenges and social dialogue practices
  • Contribute to maintain a high quality of internal social relationships by offering federative activities
  • Help define and promote a competitive remuneration policy (fixed and variable salary, bonuses, employee benefits) to employees
  • Define the company's social policy and scheduling the various deadlines with the IRP Colead, with the VP HR, the various meetings, negotiations and alignments with Works Councils & Unions
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the agreements reached and communicate with the social partners on the progress of operations
  • Monitor practices and developments in social legislation, labour law and agreements Lead the process of mandatory annual negotiations (proposals to management, budget simulations, meetings with trade unions, and implementation by the divisions throughout the year)
