Vos missions principales seront : développement du partenariat avec les directeurs/managers et maintien de la proximité métier ; coordination de l'activité du recrutement interne et externe ; réalisation des entretiens de recrutement des candidats internes et externes les plus complexes ; gestion des carrières des collaborateurs...
