Missions

You will be responsible for continuing ongoing software development on the analysis of drug responses and drug combinations in human cells.

Your expertise in Python programming will be crucial in implementing advanced image and data analysis algorithms and optimizing data analysis pipelines for hit detection, dose-response and drug combinations.

Furthermore, you will play a key role in guiding the team of biologists in analyzing multiparametric data derived from cell segmentation.

Additionally, your knowledge in deep and transfer learning techniques will be invaluable in exploring image analysis methods without necessarily relying on cell segmentation.

Your responsibilities will also involve the design of pipelines for reporting research outcomes.

Training and experience required

  • Advanced degree in Informatics, data science or Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a largescale data analysis field, including experience working with highcontent drug screening and microscopebased data will be highly appreciated.

Skills required

  • Strong proficiency in Python coding and software development.
  • Solid experience in statistical and data analysis methods, particularly with multifeatured data extracted from cell images.
  • Familiarity with transfer learning techniques for image analysis.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
