This is an excellent opportunity for Data professionals looking to advance their Workday career, in a unique and challenging role.

As part of the Workday Team, the position is permanent and reports directly to the Digital Transformation Lead, offering a base salary of up to €65,000, along with a bonus and benefits package.

In the role of Workday Reporting Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Reporting matters in Europe, across both HCM and Financials.

Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into Workday solutions, effectively managing stakeholders from diverse departments, and actively participating in both new and existing Workday Reporting projects.

You will oversee all aspects of data management in Workday, working closely with other Workday functional specialists, HR and Finance Teams.

• Previous hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, ideally with the ability to build new Reports in Workday (either HCM or Financials)
• Familiarity with Workday Financials is highly beneficial, but not essential
• Advanced skills in data analysis and management
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and across different regions
• Proximity to Paris area and ability to commute to the office weekly
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in French and English is required
