To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an
Inside Sales (F/M) for our business activity, to work at our headquarters in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92).
CIPEM, subsidiary of
ICAPE Group, is focused on custom-made technical parts in more than 10 families: plastic, metal, batteries, power supplies, cables, keyboards, transformers, etc., for many sectors of industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a sales team, reporting to the BU Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, followup, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into our CRM system
- Manage directly sales relationship with some customers
- Create and maintain favorable conditions for business development
- Process customer orders in line with the contract review and follow them through all steps
- Act as interface between the various players (customers, suppliers, carriers, sales staff, teams in China and internal departments, in an international context
- Receive requests for quotations and prepare sales offers autonomously, in compliance with established rules and in contact with qualified suppliers
- Communicate offers to customers, ans ensure dynamic followup
- Animate the sales network at events (webinars, promotions, newsletters, trade fairs, etc.)
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our service, including optimal use of existing management tools (ERP SAP, CRM, etc.)
- Participate actively in the strategic development of the business
- Ocasional business trips to visit customers, trade shows, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical field and/or distribution segment is required
- You are fluent in English (oral and written required), working in an international context
- Knowing the ERP SAP is a plus
- Your listening skills are great (towards cutomers, colleagues, you are empathetic
- You have excellent personal and sales skills
- You like all technical aspects
- You know how to work autonomoulsy and as part of a small team
- You are able to deal with crossfunctional and international relations, in a multicultural company
- You are reactive and know how to find relevant solutions
- You are also proactive, determined and persevering, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- You can handle several projects while managing priorities
- You like communication and customer relations
