Duration: 6 months

The Sustainability, Inclusion and Diversity coordinator assists the Sustainability Manager to drive the Company's Sustainability, Inclusion and Diversity strategy, in line with the vision of the Kering Group and the ambition of the Executive Committee. This transversal and empowering internship position is at the forefront to support the business transformation to reach and overachieve the Company's ambitious Sustainability goals.

YOUR MISSIONS:

- Support the Inclusion & Diversity Committee to develop the culture and the strategy into the Maison.
- Contribute to the Sustainability strategy and 2025/2030 Sustainability goals in alignment with business priorities.
- Support the development of communication plans and communication materials for internal and external use link to Sustainability, Inclusion & Diversity
- Support the coordination of the Inclusion & Diversity Committee Network
- Conduct Watch on Inclusion & Diversity practices.

YOUR PROFILE:

- You are a Master student (CSR, Sustainability, Diversity, Inclusion, etc.) or equivalent looking for a 6-month internship and a strong affinity with Sustainability / Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity and Inclusion
- High interest and understanding of Sustainability, Inclusion and Diversity especially in Boucheron focus area (ex. intercultural company, women empowerment, involvement of communities, Inclusion & Diversity, retail, etc.)
- At least 6 months of relevant experience. Experience in project management, coordination, and change is appreciated. Field experience and associative work are valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have an ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally. Proactivity, adaptability, and integrity are valued.
- Looking for analytical skills coupled with a solution-driven mindset.
- MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in French & English

Durée du stage : 6 mois

Le Coordinateur des projets de développement durable, d'inclusion et de diversité assiste la Sustainability Manager dans la conduite de la stratégie de développement durable, d'inclusion et de diversité de l'entreprise, conformément à la vision du groupe Kering et à l'ambition du Comité exécutif. Ce poste de stagiaire transversal et responsabilisant est en première ligne pour soutenir la transformation de l'entreprise afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs ambitieux de la Société en matière de développement durable.

VOS MISSIONS:

- Soutenir le Comité Inclusion et Diversité pour développer la culture et la stratégie au sein de la Maison.
- Contribuer à la stratégie de développement durable et aux objectifs 2025/2030 en matière de développement durable, en accord avec les priorités de l'entreprise.
- Soutenir le développement de plans et de matériels de communication à usage interne et externe liés au développement durable, à l'inclusion et à la diversité.
- Soutenir la coordination du réseau des comités pour l'inclusion et la diversité.
- Effectuer une veille sur les pratiques en matière d'inclusion et de diversité.

VOTRE PROFIL:

- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master (CSR, Sustainability, Diversity, Inclusion, etc.) ou équivalent à la recherche d'un stage de 6 mois et vous avez une forte affinité avec le développement durable / la responsabilité sociale des entreprises et la diversité et l'inclusion.
- Intérêt marqué et compréhension de la durabilité, de l'inclusion et de la diversité, en particulier dans les domaines d'intérêt de Boucheron (par exemple, entreprise interculturelle, autonomisation des femmes, implication des communautés, inclusion et diversité, vente au détail, etc.)
