:Senior Strategic Project Manager Accessories (M/F)**
Areas of responsibility
-
Lead the HVDC 525 KV Accessories for Tennet, Design + Qualification + Industrialization, Asset the solution Make or Buy with external supplier:

-
Lead the extension of the capacity of Accessories Kitting, Asset and deploy the solution Make or Buy with external Supplier

Manage the Accessories part of the P&L (Erembodegem / Cortaillod) and represent GRID in the different exchange with D&U:

-
Establish with the help of the R&D team the Qualification and development program link to the Strategic plan.

Key Missions

Strategic Planning:

Design and define with the GRID GM the business strategic projects to reach the G&T objectives
Setting a vision for how technology and process will be used in the future Grid BU include service on Installation and

- accessories.

Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
Prepare a detailed projects plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities

Project Management:

Define projects objectives/scope
Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs
Report according to company procedures, respond adequately towards deviations and mitigate where necessary
Responsible for order materials, resources, components,in collaboration with local management and purchasing team
Make sure that operations are compliant to corporate and legal rules and regulations
Prepare of supporting documentation, such as management plans, logistic solutions, services schedule,

Change management /
People Development:

Participate in entity/team transcending projects where the specific knowledge from the department is valuable for achieving success
Provide leadership to personnel by motivation, coaching, simulation and representing their needs
Allocate and plan job duties
Acts as a senior coach/mentor for change management

Requested Competencies and Qualification

Educated as engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the industry
Structured, analitycal and pragmatic profile
Show high level of integrity, build relationships and trust
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
Innovative, proactive, result oriented and passionate about work, with a strong continious improvement mindset
Motivation to learn in a permanently changing environment
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Aptitude in decisionmaking and problemsolving
