Must be fluent French and fluent in English

Glocomms has a long-standing relationship with the customer having already placed numerous contractors with them.

To install, configure and maintain network equipment in a Cisco and Palo Alto environment, including but not limited to routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, Remote Access Systems (IPASS), Cisco VPN Concentrators, MPLS, Frame Relay, BGP, EIGRP, Cisco ISE, Network Sniffer, CA Monitoring Systems.

• Track and apply patches, use standard software package and system utilities
• Provide training and support to network support team and help desk support staff on network issues

Fluent English (spoken, written, read)

• Technical knowledge related to security: cloud security, firewall, proxy, SASE, DDI, Linux, SDN
