Overall Missions:
As the EMEA Fashion Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and overseeing fashion-related projects
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the project to determine the categories and brands for the DFG asset during layout sessions;
- Leading and analyzing the buyer's offers in the development of the final brands lineup;
- Coordinating fashion buying and procurement teams during projects and competitive advantage positioning in marketing;
- Active participation in internal committees, decisionmaking processes, and reporting alongside the Head of Marketing
- Fashion to serve the Commercial Development Travel (CDT), countries, and brands effectively;
- Consolidating project pipelines and providing bimonthly / monthly reports.
You will also be responsible for defining the strategic and financial aspects of multi-brand concepts, as well as the resources necessary to achieve sales and profitability targets
Your duties include:
- Contributing to the definition and creation of brand and category offer strategies for multibrand concepts while setting sales and profitability targets for each brand/shop;
- Coordinating with buyers in constructing offers for existing assets;
- Collaborating with the marketing department to define retail concepts, including category and brand layout, concept definition, and marketing action plans to boost sales and improve sellthrough;
- Implementing category management strategies to enhance brand and concept performance;
- Leading and coordinating the execution process to achieve or exceed target business results.
Responsibilities
As the EMEA Fashion Projects Planner/Manager, your specific responsibilities include:
- Supporting and coordinating brand/category adjacency plans based on traffic and passenger profile, ensuring brand integrity in the designated areas;
- Continuously validating space productivity through trend analysis for each brand and category;
- Structuring and updating ad hoc reports to analyze profitability per square meter for brands/categories in multibrand stores and network stores;
- Providing input and implementing revenue reforecasts for estimates;
- Developing monthly reports and creating action plans to improve business results;
- Assisting, corepresenting, and coordinating action plans for the fashion department during cooperative projects (Copros) and internal presentations.
Profil:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School;
- Strong project management skills and business acumen, including performance reporting and interpretation, budget management;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Proficiency in merchandising, with the ability to create adjacency plans that align with financial goals and location profiles;
- Indepth knowledge of the fashion industry;
- Must be fluent /native speaker in English and French, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
