Job summary
This role will lead a regional team of recruiting coordinators in EMEA who will optimize our hiring process and take our candidate experience to the next level.You will be reporting to the Head of Global Recruiting coordination . In this position, you'll work closely with the Recruiting Leadership and People teams to ensure success and consistency in process, progress, and service levels.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+coordinators while maintaining a high bar for the level of service provided to our internal and external clients, scheduling interviews when needed
- Optimize the effectiveness of recruiting as an operation and drive consistency across the board
- Provide development opportunities and performance feedback for direct reports
