Description

Ensure the hotline in the form of regular monitoring, on-call duty, remote telephone support, and travel (planned maintenance and repairs).

Participate in projects to modernize the management of existing installations, from definition to commissioning


What we offer:

  • Provide hotline troubleshooting to customers
  • Acquisition of technical knowledge of customer installations
  • Maintaining availability of customer connection tools
  • Support to field technicians and sales assistants
  • Identify and analyze malfunctions, define corrective actions and monitor implementation
  • Carry out a precise and written analysis of breakdowns impacting the process, and implement palliative means
  • On site intervention with customers (preventive maintenance, corrective, aftersales service)
  • Writing detailed reports (technical, analysis, intervention)

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qualifications and Requirements:
- advanced technician's certificate Electrotechnics or automation
  • Specialization or confirmed automation experience
  • Mandatory: Siemens Technology (Step7/TIA Portal)
  • Desirable: Schneider technology (PL7 Pro), Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, etc.
  • Confirmed experience on industrial systems and processes
  • Availability and flexibility
  • Technical and conversational English
Personal Attributes

  • Sense of organization and rigor in the work
  • Good logic and analytical skills

Other Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office IT tools
  • Driving License essential
