We are looking for a
Primavera P6 Planner - Construction for one of our clients with the following details:

Remote work:
No telecommuting on this workstation


Location:

Contract duration:
Estimated end period April 2025


Contract Start Date:
ASAP


Number of days worked: 5/7

Number of hours worked: 35 hours per week

Context of the mission:

  • Must ensure the planning of the installation of show and merrygoround elements on the various structures (attraction, shop, restaurants).
  • Reporting to the Construction Manager

Profile:


  • Bac+2 minimum training in construction.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in construction project planning, acquired in construction or industry (hospitals, clinics, data centers, nuclear, etc.)
  • Worked on complex projects organized in separate batches, involving the coordination of many systems with each other.
  • Knowledge of technical construction processes, standards and procedures. You know how to analyse specifications, plans, etc.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 software.
  • Fluent in English (written, oral, technical communication), allowing you to participate in meetings with Englishspeaking employees.
  • Good interpersonal skills, you know how to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic professional environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Establish the calendar of milestone dates.
  • Establish the detailed schedule of the project.
  • Work with companies to finalize the overall schedule of the site.
  • Carry out planning simulations.
  • Analyze the impact of the modification work on the schedule and propose solutions to the Construction Manager to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Checking out (on a weekly basis) the different schedules on site and in the presence of the superintendents, will analyze the critical path and propose a palliative solution in case of delay.
  • Make schedule adjustments when necessary.
  • Establish weekly reports to the Construction Manager.
  • Establish the rebonding schedule at the end of the operation.
  • Attend various meetings (coordination of companies, internal services and others)
