- Porter la vision UX/UI globale et incarner la voix de l'utilisateur dans la stratégie produit.
- Définir et prioriser les chantiers design à fort impact business et utilisateur.
- Lead Product Design (Presta) Superviser l'exécution design sur l'ensemble du cycle produit : discovery, delivery, QA.
- Garantir une cohérence d'expérience entre les produits Web, Mobile.
- Encadrer, coacher et faire monter en compétence les Product Designers.
- Veiller au bon maintien des process design (rituels, feedbacks, QA design, documentation).
- Collaborer étroitement avec les PMs, les équipes Tech, Compliance et Marketing.
- Vulgariser les enjeux design auprès du top management et des parties prenantes.
- Maintenir et faire évaluer la recherche utilisateur : tests, études quantitatives et qualitatives.
- Analyser les usages, la conversion et les insights utilisateurs pour orienter la roadmap.
- Structurer et faire évoluer le Design System (composants, tokens, guidelines).
- Maintenir et faire évoluer les standards d'accessibilité, d'interaction et de cohérence visuelle.
- Travailler main dans la main avec les développeurs pour garantir la qualité d'intégration.
- Explorer les usages de l'IA pour accélérer la recherche, la conception et la créativité.
- Tester de nouvelles approches et nouveaux outils (chatbots, génération de contenu, tests automatisés).

Nous recherchons un(e) Lead Product Designer pour définir et piloter la vision UX/UI de nos produits fintech, tout en structurant la pratique du design au sein de l'entreprise.
À la croisée de la stratégie produit, du design d'expérience et du management, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la refonte des parcours utilisateurs, la définition d'une vision produit orientée impact, et la montée en maturité du design dans l'organisation.
Du concret, du challenge et de l'impact — au sein d'une équipe qui place la qualité, l'exigence et la collaboration au cœur de son ADN.
