Your mission
As the right hand of the Chief of Staff, you will report to the CoS and you will work closely with the CEO and all the exec team.

Your responsibilities
-
Internal communication: you will help the CoS to prepare the agenda and materials of the company's monthly all hands and reviews.

Governance: you will assist the CoS in the preparation of the agenda and the follow-up for exec team meetings.

Investor relation : you will contribute to the writing of investors reports and to the preparation of the agenda, materials and minutes for board meetings.

OKRs : the OKRs are owned by the CoS. You will contribute to the definition of OKRs and their follow-up and you will help to improve the current process.

Mission report : we are a mission-driven company. You will be involved in the writing of our annual mission report.

Market research & strategy: you will participate in exploring new ventures such as competitive intelligence, country launch, new business lines, M&A, etc. You will work closely with the team on strategic cross-teams projects, and ensure they are delivered on time.
Requirements:

- A previous internship experience, ideally in a consulting firm or scaleup.
- Strong
