As a
Talent Acquisition Intern, you will join a team of 25+ Talent Acquisition Managers spread in different subteams: Tech, product, and Business (Corporate, Growth and Operations).

You will closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers.

Your mission will be to support the team by working on several projects and coordinating all interview processes, as well as hiring our intern profiles.

You will play a key role in the success of the team.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Qonto, you will
-
Hire the right talent for our internships:You will identify potential talents through CVs and sourcing, to hire our future interns;

Make the process more efficient by identifying pain points and thinking about potential improvements;
-
Support our Talent Acquisition strategy by helping on several continuous improvement projects (e.g. campus management, perk and salary benchmarks, employer branding, tools improvements, etc).

**About your future Manager

  • After getting his Master's in Human Resource Development from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Aurelien kicked off his career in executive search, working across France and Europe. This experience gave him a solid foundation in finding and attracting the right people for various sectors.
  • As Head of Talent Acquisition since July 2023, Aurelien manages a team of over 15 people, all focused on hiring topnotch talent as quickly as the company needs them.
  • By working with him, you'll be with someone who's not only experienced but also passionate about making recruitment smoother and more effective. He's all about getting the right people in the right spots to help Qonto grow even bigger.

About You

Languages: You speak both French and English;

Education: You have or are pursuing a French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field, and are looking for your end-of-study internship.
