- Donner vie aux idées grâce à des maquettes et prototypes interactifs
- Tester, mesurer et améliorer en continu grâce aux retours utilisateurs
- Réaliser des recherches utilisateur pour identifier besoins et frustrations
- Concevoir des parcours fluides et des interfaces interactives (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Garantir la cohérence produit en travaillant main dans la main avec les équipes internes
- Conduire des tests utilisateurs pour affiner et optimiser les solutions
- Veiller au respect des standards d'ergonomie et d'accessibilité
- Assurer une veille design & technologique pour rester à la pointe des tendances
- Participer activement à la communauté design TOS et partager notre savoir-faire auprès de prospects et clients
- Utiliser Hotjar & Contentsquare pour analyser les comportements et nourrir tes décisions de design
- Outils : Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Hotjar, Contentsquare
- Méthodo : Design Thinking, UX/UI, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Focus : Mobile / App
- Design systems : conception & gestion (Atomic Design)
- Accessibilité : sensibilité à l'inclusion & au design universel
- Tu as minimum 5 ans d'expérience en UX/UI, en e-commerce (post-diplôme)
- Tu maîtrises les outils de conception (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision) et tu as une bonne expérience avec des outils d'analyse utilisateur comme Hotjar et Contentsquare
- Tu es passionné.e par le design produit, avec une forte capacité à comprendre et résoudre les besoins des utilisateurs
- Tu sais travailler en équipe, collaborer avec différents départements, et tu as un excellent esprit critique
- Tu as une solide expérience dans la création et la gestion de systèmes de design
- Tu as une approche méthodique et centrée sur l'utilisateur, avec un fort esprit de service
- Tu as une forte volonté de participer à la construction du pôle design chez TOS et à l'évolution des pratiques design au sein de l'entreprise
- Un rôle central dans la création et l'évolution des expériences utilisateur
