The Manager Customer Support will lead a group of Technical Service Specialists whose primary responsibilities include trouble-shooting and diagnostics for all technical issues and then communication in the forms of tele-service, web communication, service publications, dealer service training (supplemental assistance only), and warranty claim review (supplemental assistance only).


Your Missions

  • Management of Customer Support Global Organization (goal setting, people management, performance reviews, defining correct organization structure)
  • Dealer and Distributor Case Management as well as Phone Contact Management
  • Providing technical assistance to other Customer Support groups as well as assisting the AGCO Product Integrity team regarding product concern resolution
  • Dealer and customer engagement to ensure that issues are nominated to the product concern resolution process
  • Active involvement as the local and legal entity for identified site employees
  • Provide technical assistance to other Customer Support groups as required
  • Warranty Administration, Technical Training Team, Technical Information Team
  • Drive engagement with dealers and customers ensuring the proper issues are being nominated to the product concern resolution process

Your Profile

  • University degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Business or comparable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment and/or agriculture industry
  • Experience in a customer or dealer support function or environment
  • Experience in successfully interfacing with a large organizational structure across multiple global sites
  • Fluent In English
