Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original house of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.

Since his appointment as artistic director in 2015, Demna continues to uphold the vision of Balenciaga through boundary-pushing collections, which have expanded to include women's and men's ready-to-wear, accessories, and objets d'art.

The brand's unprecedented interactions with the expanding digital realm, material developments, and today's social responsibilities keep it at the forefront of modernity.

In 2021, Demna designed Balenciaga's 50th couture collection—the house's first since its founder retired in reintroducing a standard of cutting-edge elegance.


We are currently seeking a Global Talent Acquisition & Development Manager who will report to the Global HR Development Director.

You contribute to establish Balenciaga as an employer of choice externally and internally by delivering best in class inclusive recruitment and onboarding practices and you create the conditions to offer professional development paths for increasing employee engagement and performance based on today and tomorrow's needs.


  • How you will contribute_
  • Talent Acquisition_
  • Guide the Regions in their hiring strategy, define and provide the best service to the business at optimal cost
  • Grow Balenciaga capabilities in talent acquisition (coaching & training of recruiters and managers, community management, benchmark, continuous improvement of solutions and practices)
  • Create and maintain an external talent pipeline (including alumni)
  • Talent Management_
  • Coordinate our talent management cycle and collaborate with the Regions to build strong succession plans
  • Support the Regions to proactively identify career opportunities for talents & employees open to internal opportunity
  • Who you are_
  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at a global scale (8 years mini)
  • Handson and strategic with a cando attitude
  • Curious about others, a people connector and a coach
  • Data driven and comfortable with HRIS system
  • Keen to evolve in a fastpaced environment and take a role of constructive challenger
  • Fluent in English, a second language is a plus
