Job Description:

Day-to-day:

You will integrate the sales administrative deparment, and under the responsability of Kevin, your missions will be:

You will be responsible for receiving, entering ans tracking customers orders, as well as monitoring invoices
You will work on our management's client files and updates monthly dashboard and reports
You will be responsible for debt collection and managing customer disagrements
You will participate in the preparation of monthly sales figures
You will be responsible for the financial monitoring of fixedprice projects, working directly with the

managers

Requirements:

Let's talk about you:

Recently graduated from a Bac+2/3 in sales, accounting, ou equivament, ideally you have a first sucessful experience in a similar position
You want to contribute in T&S development, to be part of a group following the same objective
You like working with numbers and with Microsoft Excel
