Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design and the implementation of VINCI Construction operation apps
Collaborate with several teams: senior management, central/local, IT/business from the headquarters to the final users on the worksites
Identify new digital levers to improve operation efficiency
Ensure successful transformation through the implementation of adoption & performance KPIs
Define the appropriate organisation for the delivery of new digital initiatives
Manage within a few months a team of 5 internal consultants

Profile

5+ years of experience
Experience in large transformation project, operation strategy, industry
Mandatory fluent in both French and English: occasional trips to France and abroad
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or IT
You are curious about the construction sector and interested in its continuous improvement issues
You are rigorous but caring, organized but flexible, and master project management essentials
You master a multicriteria root cause analysis then sort out the relevant recommendations
You are convinced that a VUCA environment will help you develop your talent
