YOUR TASKS:

As part of its strategy to strengthen its platform KC Invest, Kepler Cheuvreux is looking for young professionals ambitious, eager to join a leading financial player with an establishment in several business lines.

We are therefore looking for an intern who will work closely with the management:

Assistance and follow-up of fundraising;
Assistance in the development strategy (new strategies, M&A,...)
Development of financial and nonfinancial (ESG) reporting and performance analysis tools;
Assistance in dealing with investors;
Drafting of commercial and contractual documents;
Active participation in financial communication;
Implementation of an information system;

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

We are looking for an intern in a gap year or at the end of studies from a business school, engineering or university of First row:

One first experience in Private Equity (preferred), or in Transaction Services and M&A;
A perfect command of EXCEL, as well as the main concepts of corporate finance and accounting aggregates;
You will write in French (mother tongue or fluent in your skills) and English (fluent

at least or bilingual appreciated);

You demonstrate:
rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, curiosity, initiative and proactivity.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions

You will need a flexible and creative approach in order to flourish in our international environment and succeed with our diverse client base.
