Purpose of Job (Summary)


Reporting to the Industrial Director, you are responsible for designing new industrial processes and/or developing existing processes as well as participating in their validation with a view to their improvement and optimization according to the priorities and budgets determined.

Key Responsibilities

  • You participate in the analysis of existing processes, flows, and equipment (as such you manage the fleet of specific tools) and are proactive in proposing the necessary improvements and providing relevant and innovative solutions. The area of intervention concerns the entire area outside the clean room.
  • IFU management (problem of placing IFUs in the boxes, electronic IFU project) and labels (contact with the printer and validation of proofs/updating of labels ==> see the software used): 50% of the time For the shipping logistics area: management of types of boxes, packaging products Management of the batch file: validation data, storage
  • For the Supply zone: management of Supply Zones and flows Packaging/Shipping and Supply Projects DH sterilization: flow preparation Condi ETO and DH As part of the projects piloted, you intervene from the design phase (specifications, plans, specifications, test requests) to the production and validation phase and ensure the coordination of the various internal stakeholders and external service providers, in compliance with the deadlines and budgets set.
  • You also propose the financial, material, and human investments and evaluate the return on investment. You participate in the management of resources by leading the working groups and project teams.
  • You coordinate the associated planning, training, development, and communication activities and ensure the transition to production.
  • You create and ensure the maintenance of quality documentation (procedures, operating modes, forms) as well as technical documentation (specifications, drawings, plans, etc.) and the monitoring of protocols and reports.
  • You contribute to the quality of relations with all of the company's departments and more specifically provide an interface with quality, maintenance, and new works departments as well as production to which you provide technical assistance.

Measurement

  • You know how to use project management tools to establish precise schedules and indicators allowing regular reporting of the progress of your activities.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Higher education (engineering school, 3rd university cycle, etc.) specializing in mechanics, process engineering, methods, or industrialization,
- you have at least 3 years experience in a similar position in the industrial environment, ideally in a regulated environment. (Health, Food, etc.)

  • You are a confirmed operational person with multiple technical skills (industrial design, automation, lean manufacturing) as well as project management promoting the success of largescale projects.
  • You are also fluent in English and office and statistical tools.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment would be more.
  • Endowed with a curious and lively mind, you are proactive and show a strong desire to move forward.
  • Recognized for your pragmatism and your sense of organization, you know how to manage your activities independently.
  • You are also appreciated for your interpersonal skills which will facilitate your exchanges with the various departments concerned.
