Delivery Manager within
Be Charge in **Lavallois Perret, Paris

  • France**. You will be responsible for ensuring designated projects and programs are successfully executed, will oversee continuous improvement activities around program delivery, raising the maturity and capabilities of the program delivery discipline, will conduct quantitative and qualitative research to install properly and in time the charging stations (EVC) both AC and DC scheduled in the BE Charge's business plan. This means overseeing each phase of the project starting from the permitting process, the "for construction" design approval, installation phase until the commissioning of the new unit in BE Charge's charging network.

As a member of the engineering team at Be Charge you will be responsible for**:

  • project management.
- ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved in accordance with timeline and budget.
- collaborating effectively with diverse BE Charge's departments and any external teams.
- developing and leveraging exceptional problem-solving skills to identify/address key issues.
- managing relationships with EVC suppliers and /or contractors regarding the opening of complaints, requests for clarification and development opportunities.
- providing input on strategies and policies in relation to design, installation and commissioning of the charging infrastructures and assure that standards, laws, norms and directives are applied properly.
- coordinating daily activities about design, installation, and commissioning, interacting with contractors and / or suppliers' teams on field by giving them all the necessary remote support to allow them completing the task and solve the any potential issues.
- surveilling performance and service level fulfillment.
- reporting monthly on engineering and installation activities.
- processing implementation ensuring continuous improvement.
- reviewing quotes, issue purchase orders and cost optimization.
- guaranteeing support to Engineering Manager and Head of Project Management during the BE Charge's engineering and installations budget review.
- running reports regarding the tests and analysis carried out on installations implemented and maintain accurate records about them, communicating critical incidents/events to Head of Engineering Operations.


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • solid background on plants, local regulations and main actors involved in engineering activities.
- strong communicator, fluent in French and English. Italian is a plus.

  • Microsoft Office advanced knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, Electrical or Mechanical, Engineering or in equivalent experience.
- driver's license.
- good knowledge of IT and/or TELCO technologies and/or plants monitoring/operating and/or in e-mobility is highly valued.


Location:

Lavallois Perret, Paris - France.

Extensively travel within the country with frequent visit in HQ in Italy to interact with business colleagues and enjoy company atmosphere.
