As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and successful delivery of strategic projects, driving customer satisfaction and growth

As the Director, Delivery Management, you will take charge of leading our most critical and complex projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered with utmost excellence, adhering to schedule, budget and quality benchmarks.

Your role will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and supporting key sales pursuits, making you an integral part of our business growth strategy.

Together we do what matters.· Profound understanding of contract terms and interpretation, coupled with excellent customer expectations management skills · Proven experience employing key Project/Program Management disciplines, ensuring effective estimation, work planning, and scope management · Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques, complemented by a working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies and In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project and Team Foundation Server (TFS), enabling precise project tracking and control · Good knowledge of Earned Value reporting, contributing to sound financial decision-making · Strong people management abilities, including team leadership and mentorship · While not required, having a Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PgM certification and a Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field will be advantageous.

Additionally, they should possess strong direct people management experience for on and offshore resources, enabling them to lead and mentor effectively.
